CD-ROM replication for high volume duplication
CD-ROM replication is the process to use for your bulk (generally over 500) production needs. As with low volume CD-R duplication, CD-ROM is for data storage capacities below 650Mb.
Bulk CD replication involves creating a glass ‘master’ disc containing the data content. This glass master is ‘pressed’ or stamped in a high-speed manufacturing process. CD replication is faster than low volume duplication because it is entirely automated, with no manual handling once the production process is set up.
CD-ROM gives you the very highest levels of quality and presentation. The replication process means the discs are more durable and reliable than CD-R discs. We can even offer different shaped and sized media such as 8cm CD mini-discs and ‘square’ business card CDs.
