Cancer Equality
Meeting tight budget and deadlines for Cancer Equality
Cancer Equality is a UK-based charity established to supply cancer information and support services to black and ethnic minority (BME) communities. Much of the information supplied is distributed on CD.
Initially, Cancer Equality required Exemplar only to develop an auto-run facility for their proposed CD duplication. Auto-run makes the Welcome page play automatically when the CD is inserted in the drive.
However, knowing they are a price-sensitive charity, we also quoted on the production of 1000 CD-ROMs including artwork and delivery. Our price beat the competition and we landed the full production contract.
We worked closely with the client to help adapt their original PDF files as well as amend their logo. We delivered pre-production CD proofs then, once approved, went on to replicate 1000 CD-ROMs with full colour printing on the disc and Jewel case insert cards.
The whole package was delivered to the client’s launch event in London within 7 days of the start of production.
