The application of a professional image for EM Applications
Product packaging must reflect the quality and professionalism of the product itself. When EM Applications, a leading supplier of investment risk solutions, approached us with a DVD duplication project, one of their requirements was to upgrade their corporate image in line with the quality of their product.
Our client felt the image conveyed by their previous CDs and packaging was ‘dated and old-fashioned’. Working with our associate design agency, Media Plant set about creating a new corporate image involving a logo redesign, an updated colour swatch and new typefaces.

In line with their quality image, we recommended high-gloss thermal printing for the discs with a laser-printed, full-colour double-sided wrap insert for the DVD case . The printing for both items was tightly controlled to ensure that the corporate blue was matched and maintained for both printing processes.
The resultant DVD duplication project was well received by the client – on time and within budget. The client now orders 50 to 100 DVD's each quarter from Media Plant.
